M.A.D. D.A.D.S. is an acronym for Men Against Destruction-Defending Against Drugs and Social-disorder that is a national organization which was founded in 1989 by a group of African-America men in Omaha Nebraska. On October 19, 2013, Mayor Alvin Brown declared this day Break the Code of Silence Day in Jacksonville Florida.
We are a recognized 501c3 non-profit organization working to employ impactful strategies to engage parents in the intervention and prevention of community problems. Our programs are designed to attract, challenge and prepare our members to be vocal, visible, and vigilant in restoring safe communities and healthy families.
